Welcome to my recipes site. Here are some easy to follow recipes that use nutritious ingredients, healthy fats like extra virgin olive oil, grass fed ghee, nuts and seeds, herbs and spices that can help boost your mood, health and immunity.  It doesn't matter whether you are a serious cook or a total rookie, you should be able to find something fun to cook. The focus here is on nutrient density - your dish will be delicious as long as you try to use the most natural, fresh and whole or minimally processed ingredients.
