What is a Health Coach?

An Integrative Nutrition Health Coach is a guide and mentor who empowers you and provides ongoing support and guidance as you set goals and make sustainable changes to improve your health and well being for the long term. 

As your Health Coach, I will listen carefully and we’ll navigate the world of nutrition and health advice together to explore what truly works for you.

Is Health Coaching Right for Me?

Most of us know that we need to eat healthy, hydrate, get adequate sleep, exercise, and practice mindfulness, but how many actually have the time and discipline to follow through?

 

If you feel that motivation and desire to take charge of your health consistently, I invite you to book a free consultation.

 

During this session, we will discuss your lifestyle preferences and determine how I can best help you achieve your goals.

Initial Consultation

During our first session, we will

  • fill in a health history form to understand who you are and what you want to achieve

  • discuss your unique preferences, i.e. what makes you tick and what doesn't

  • set meaningful goals

  • explore what kind of healthy habits are realistic for you to implement right away

  • set a reasonable time line for you to feel motivated to continue making small changes.

Tailor Made Programme

If you decide to commit to a three- or six-month health coaching programme, you will get

  • Two 50-minute sessions per month

  • Email and online support

  • Mini action plans

  • Tailored recipes

  • Individualised notes 

  • Food samples

  • Kitchen cupboard makeover

  • Simple meal prep

  • Construct your own meal plan 

My Vision as a Health Coach

Health can mean so many different things. It may be about quitting smoking, eating clean, being vegan, managing allergies, exercising, or meditating regularly. We can have so many creative ways to achieve what we consider healthy and mindful.
