Matcha Chia Pudding

Ingredients: 1/3 cup chia seeds, 1 cup full fat coconut milk, 1 cup water, 2 scoops collagen peptides (or collagen building peptides for vegans), 2 tsp matcha powder.

Mix all ingredients (except for the chia seeds) well.

Add chia seeds and stir, leave in fridge for 2 hours or overnight.
