Can I just clarify that I am not a cook. In fact, most of my clients can cook way better than I do. Here are just some really simple recipes that use nutrient dense ingredients, healthy fats like extra virgin olive oil, grass fed ghee and chia seeds, herbs and spices like turmeric, that can help boost your mood, health and immunity. It doesn't matter whether you are a good cook or not, the point is to try a range of natural, fresh and whole (unprocessed) ingredients, simple methods and enjoy the experience.
